We have run various championships since our inception, we began with our now popular "Race to Dunbar" in 2012, progressed to our U18 boys SGF Trophy at Cardrona GC in 2013. In 2015 we introduced our U15 and Under 13 Championships initially at Bathgate GC and in 2016 we further added an U18 Girls SGF Vase at Cardrona GC and to complete the Championships we added our own U12 and U10 Championships at Gogarburn GC.
In 2020 we have now added the SGF National Matchplay Championship and SGF Consolation Salver as well as started our SGF Hall of Fame
I am sure the names on our boards will be household names at some point in the future, already Ewen Ferguson is playing on the European Tour and we have had a few national champions.
The main item with all these events is that they are played in a competitive and fun manner.
