TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR FREE GOLF
AT SWANSTON GOLF CLUB
Term of this agreement is 3(Three) years from 1st April 2017
The Stephen Gallacher Foundation (SGF) will be granted the rights to use the 9 hole, par 3 golf course known as the Templar Course, a part of Swanston Golf Club (SGC)
“Rights mean the joint use of the Templar Golf Course with SGC but with exclusive access and use Monday through Thursday each week and for SGF events on a Saturday and Sunday as requested, by prior arrangement and giving appropriate notice to SGC.
All children who are registered participants (see definition below) in the SGF will play free of charge, with the option of one adult accompanying a child being allowed to play the Templar Course for free and any subsequent adult in the group paying a green fee to SGC of £10.
Access to the Templar Course for registered SGF participants on Saturday and Sunday shall also be allowed between the hours of 8am -10.30am and after 5pm, each day. This is to allow the use of the facility to Footgolf Scotland out with the times specified, SGF registered participants who wish to play will, if availability allows, be accommodated on the principle 18 hole course as determined by the staff of SGC, and an appropriate adult green fee will be charges by SGC with the registered SGF child playing for free.
SGF registered participants of primary school age will be offered free membership of SGC and when they move up to Secondary School a membership of £100 per annum will be offered by SGC.
SGF registered children and any accompanying adults will be given access to the clubhouse restaurant and facilities.
(Registered participant means a child who has registered on the website www.sgfoundation.co.uk and qualifies by meeting TWO of the following criteria:
1. played in two SGF flag events
2. has a CDH Number
3. has been through a coaching programme through SGF)
