CHANGE OF DATE: U15/U13 SGF CHAMPIONSHIP, CASTLE PARK GC

Due to circumstances outwith our control due as a consequence of the COVID 19, we have no option but to change the date and format of our event to SATURDAY 22ND AUGUST SUNDAY 23RD AUGUST This will now be a 36 hole event, 18 holes each day because of this change we will make a NEW draw for the event on Friday 24th July. Entries are re-open also up to a maximum 81, so there are some, not many slots left. I will assume that all current competitors can play unless I here otherwise, we will issue refunds to anyone who can no longer make the new date, I do though hope you can all still make this If anyone has any queries, please do not hesitate to contact me.

CHANGES TO VENUES FOR U15, U13, U12 AND U10 CHAMPIONSHIPS

Due to recent guidance from Scottish Golf regards the holding of 'Open' Competitions we have had to take the decision to change the golf course for our U15, U13, U12 and U10 Championships to Castle Park GC. The reason behind this is that, all juniors who register with us automatically receive a free Junior Membership of Castle Park GC, therefore we can hold this event as a club championship. For anyone who has already entered and no longer wish to participate please contact me asap so I can organise a refund. No refunds will be given after 5th July. For details on changes to each of these events please go to our events information for full details

SGF Virtual Events; Win a Chance to Play with Stephen

Well it looks like the courses will be opening again within the week, fingers crossed. We will be looking to hold some events in the near future and will keep you updated regards this. For now though and for a bit of fun we have decided to hold 3 Virtual Events, please see the events section, over the coming weeks finishing on the week of the "Open". These are for fun but also any monies raised will go towards our SGF Junior Coaching and Mentoring Programme for 2020/21. At the end of each event there will be a prize draw, with the winner to play 9 holes and have lunch with Stephen Gallacher at Kingsfield GC, the dates for this event will be advised once we know all the winners. This is a fantastic prize with a chance to play with a European Tour Winner and Ryder Cup Player. For each event the entry fee will be £5, its not restricted to members of the Foundation and multiple entries can be made.
