In total we had 80 boys, girls and their parents taking part in our latest Adult/Junior event. This was played under flag rules.
It was great to see so many smiling happy faces being back on the golf course and the kids looked pretty happy also.
Many thanks to the green staff at Castle Park GC for having the course in excellent condition for everyone. The weather was a bit wet, but this did not dampen the enthusiasm or the good golf on display.
Best score of the day goes to Fraser Walters in the Under 10 boys, with a fantastic score of 28, with 2 two's, well done Fraser. Louise Martin had the best score ofr the girls with an excellent 34, very steady 7,4's and 2, 3's. There were some great scores from everybody with 10 players scoring 36 or better

Our next event is at Castle Park, Sunday 12th July, this will be a 9 hole flag event and a 18 hole short course stroke play event, we look forward to seeing you all there.
