TOURNAMENT CALENDAR

This event is part of the Junior Winter Series Order of Merit run in conjunction with Paul Lawrie Foundation, Barrie Douglas Foundation and Junior Tour Scotland It is Open to all boys and girls with an official handicap and CDH number. Maximum entries are 75 (50 boys and 25 girls) If the entries exceed this it will be the lowest handicaps who will receive preference The Junior Winter Series Committee has the right to choose up to 10 players outwith the official handicap criteria for entry For the successful entrants a practice round will be available at a cost of £10 on the Monday and Tuesday before the event

54 Hole Scratch Boys Events 36 Hole Qualifying on 14th/15th April. Top 40 boys qualifying for Friday 16th April. Played over The Torrance Course, Fairmont St Andrews, measuring 7,230 yrds. Maximum Handicap for the boys 7.4 . If over subscribed will be based on handicap at closing date Fairmont are happy to offer practice rounds between 19th March and 13th April at £40 per person per round and include a bucket of range balls.

54 Hole Scratch Girls Events 36 Hole Qualifying on 14th/15th April. Top 20 Girls qualifying for Friday 16th April. Played over The Torrance Course, Fairmont St Andrews, measuring 5,415 yrds. Maximum Handicap for the Girls 15.4 . If over subscribed will be based on handicap at closing date. Fairmont are happy to offer practice rounds between 19th march and the 13th April at £40 per person per round and include a bucket of range balls.

This event is 'Open' to all boys under age of 18. (maximum handicap 6.4) The lowest 80 boys based on handicap and conditions of tournament will qualify It will be played over 54 holes over three days of play at Castle Park GC, a par 71 course measuring 6,443 yrds, with a cut made after day 2 of the top 40 and tied. Practice Rounds will be available 2 weeks prior to the event

This event is 'Open' to all girls under age of 18. ( maximum handicap 20.4) The lowest 40 girls based on handicap and conditions of tournament will qualify It will be played over 54 holes over three days of play at Castle Park GC, Par 71 measuring 5,596 yrds, with a cut made after day 2, with the top 20 and tied. Practice Rounds will be available 2 weeks prior to the event

36 hole stroke play open competition for all boys and girls under 12, no handicap required. Played over 3 days, over a 12 hole golf course, at Gogarburn GC The main prize is the Under 12 championship but there is also an additional Under 10 championship title

This event is an Open event where boys and girls will compete against each other, played over 54 holes over 3 days form 26th July to 28th July and is open to all age Under 15, with a CONGU Handicap. Boys will play from the yellow tees at 6,003 yrds and the Girls from the red tees at 5606 Tee Times will be from 12pm -4pm each day, on the last day the leaders will go of last. The main event is the Under 15 Championship with an additional Under 13 section There will be scratch and handicap prizes in each section

This was a new event for us last year and because of the success we have decided to hold it again but with a difference. Boys and Girls will be competing against each other. There will be 2 rounds of strokeplay, with the top 32 players going forward to the matchplay stages of the National Event and the next 32 qualifiers will then take part in the matchplay stages of our Consolation Salver
